Tuesday was a very hot and humid night for racing, but everyone did a great job. This gives you an idea where you are with your training. Just remember, follow your training log, and come day to run Abe's Amble, you'll be ready.
Don't forget, there is a 5K in Jacksonville at 8:00 on the 4th if you are looking for racing experience.
Have a safe and fun 4th of July holiday. We'll see everyone on Tuesday at the fairgrounds.

- This is my 7th year of training for the Abe's Amble and my 6th as a Group Leader. I decided 7 years ago to give running a try after reading an article about Abe's Army in the paper. It gave me the encouragement to give it a shot. I have been hooked ever since. I have ran 5 marathons, with the last one at Indianapolis last fall. I qualified for Boston in the spring of '09 and was not able to run it this past April but hopefully will in '10. My license plates say it all - LV TA RUN
