Please feel free to join us this Saturday to run the Abe's Course. We will be meeting at the Fairgrounds at 7:30. Some of us are getting 10 miles in that morning, so we will be starting at 7:00 but will be back by 7:30 to lead the group. I will be setting out water/gatorade. Good run tonight everyone! It was a hot one, but we are on the home stretch. It will be race day before you know it.

Hey Mary, Janice and Madalyn, Thanks for leading us on Saturday. I know that was not in your own running schedule so we are all appreciative.
